These Terms govern your use of the AI Sooq platform (the “Service”), operated by Wafi Solution Lab. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for the business you register.
2. Plans, free trial and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen term. A free trial takes no payment to start; unless you cancel before it ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription. Prices are in BDT, exclusive of VAT.
3. Payments
Card and mobile-wallet payments are processed by our partner SSLCommerz. We do not store full card numbers. Failed renewals may be retried and, after repeated failure, the Service may be suspended.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, transmit malware, or attempt unauthorised access to the platform.
5. Your data
You own the content and data you put into the Service and grant us the limited rights needed to operate it for you. Personal-data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
