This Policy explains how Wafi Solution Lab handles personal data in connection with AI Sooq. It covers data about the merchants who use the Service; each merchant is the controller of its own customers’ data.

Account and contact details (name, email, phone, business name); billing information needed to take payment (processed by our partner — not full card numbers); and usage data such as logs, IP and feature usage.

To provide and maintain the Service, process subscriptions and payments, provide support, send service and billing notices, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Sharing
We share data with processors who help us run the Service — such as SSLCommerz for payments, and infrastructure and email providers — under protective agreements. We may disclose where required by law.
4. Cookies and measurement
On our website we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand which pages and campaigns bring visitors and sign-ups, and to measure our advertising. They set cookies and receive information such as the pages you view, your device and browser, and whether you started or completed a sign-up — never your password or payment details. To tell which campaigns work, we also remember in your browser where you first arrived from. You can block these with your browser settings or an ad blocker, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook settings.
5. Retention
We keep personal data while your account is active and for the period needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
