If you messaged a shop on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp and that shop uses AI Sooq, we hold a copy of your message. This page is how you get it deleted.
1. What we hold
The text, images or voice notes you sent; the name and profile id the platform gives us; and, if you placed an order, the phone number and address you provided. We never receive your password or your friend list.
2. How to request deletion
Email privacy@aisooq.com with the subject “Data deletion”. Include the name of the shop you messaged, and the phone number or profile name you messaged from. Without those two we cannot locate your data.
3. What happens next
We complete the request within 30 days and confirm by email. Messages, comments and contact details are deleted. The sales record of a completed order stays, because the shop must keep it to meet tax and accounting law — but it is stripped of your name and contact details.
4. The shop’s role and ours
Each shop owns its own customer data; AI Sooq only stores it on their behalf. You may ask the shop directly, or ask us and we will carry it out with them.
5. Removing the app on Facebook
On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites and remove AI Sooq. That stops future access; it does not delete messages already sent, so make the request above for those.
