Connect Steadfast, Pathao and RedX, then reconcile COD

If you ship with Steadfast, Pathao or RedX, you can book, label and track every parcel from AI Sooq — and when the courier pays out the COD money, match it to your orders without a spreadsheet.

What do I need from each courier?

• Steadfast — API key and secret key.
• Pathao — client ID, client secret, username, password and store ID.
• RedX — API token.

You get these from your merchant account with the courier. AI Sooq also connects Paperfly, eCourier and Carrybee — six couriers in all.

Where do I add them?

1. 1Open Settings → Delivery → Courier partners and pick the courier.
2. 2Paste the credentials and save.
3. 3Set your delivery zones and charges.
4. 4Run Settings → Connections → Test all to check every connection at once.

The Starter plan includes one courier integration; Growth and above include all six.

How do I book a parcel?

Send the order to the courier in one click — the label and tracking come from AI Sooq, and the status updates itself. Courier auto-selection is under Settings → Delivery too.

One thing to know: Steadfast and Pathao bookings cannot be cancelled through their API. To cancel one, use the courier's own panel.

How does COD reconciliation work?

1. 1When the courier pays out, get their payout statement.
2. 2Upload it under Orders → COD remittance.
3. 3AI Sooq matches it to your delivered orders and shows any difference — which order, and by how much.
4. 4Confirm. Courier fees and cash post to the ledger on their own.

Why not just reconcile by hand?

COD money arrives in batches, with fees taken off. One short payment is easy to miss when you add it up by hand. Matching every payout to its orders shows a gap while it is still easy to chase.
